Successful completion of the training program at MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy opens doors to the best universities in Europe, and for our talented athletes, it provides the opportunity to sign contracts with leading football clubs in the Czech Republic and Europe.
Our training is carried out at the leading sports club of the Czech Republic, SK Sparta Praha, under the guidance of an experienced coach, Mykhailo Starostyak, a former player of the Ukrainian national team and coach of the FC Shakhtar U-21 team. The MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy team actively participates in the official Prague league and the Czech Cup, attracting the attention of scouts from professional clubs.
Our A-team at MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy participates in the official Prague league and the official Czech Cup. All our players have official Czech status, which automatically gives them the status of European players.
Every year, our A-team plays about 40 official matches and 20 friendly games! Scouts from professional Czech football clubs are present at every match. All major games are recorded on video and posted on our official website and social networks.
Members of MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy have preferential rights to watch the top teams in the Czech Republic throughout the year! Our coaching staff and scouts closely monitor the training process and results of each player, carefully selecting potential candidates to sign professional contracts.
MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy was founded in 2011 and, during this time, has achieved significant results and recognition in Czech football. Our graduates successfully perform in the second, first, and highest leagues of the Czech Republic. We have the unique opportunity to train on the club’s fields with natural and artificial turf, depending on the weather. Specialists take care of the fields daily, thoroughly preparing them for training and games.

MIKHAIL STAROSTYAKAt MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy, every training session and game takes place under the strict guidance of Mikhail Starostyak, a former super talented and famous football player, and now an experienced and competent coach. Mikhail played for the Ukrainian national team in 17 matches, played 254 official games in the Ukrainian top league, and played 36 matches in European cups. He was the main player of FC Shakhtar Donetsk, and after finishing his playing career, he received a PRO coaching license and became the head coach of the U-19 and U-21 teams of FC Shakhtar Donetsk. Since 2022, Mikhail has been the head coach of the MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy in Prague, where his wealth of experience and knowledge is key to the success of each student.

IGOR YUKHIMENKOIgor began his journey in football at the legendary Dynamo Kyiv at the age of 8. Together with the Dynamo Kyiv team, he became the winner of the Kyiv Cup and the champion of Ukraine in junior football. In subsequent years, he played for Metalist Kyiv and represented the national team of Tashkent and the Samarkand region of the Uzbek SSR during his military service. Later, returning to Metalist Kyiv, Igor ended his playing career in 1994. He notes that he truly enjoys working as a coach, passing on his knowledge and many years of experience to young talents. His life credo is to remain in the memory of children and students.

Coaching since the age of 19, the career includes roles as an analyst, assistant coach, physical trainer, and goalkeeper coach, primarily within the regional divisions of Braga. Demonstrated success includes leading FC Tadim’s senior team to a championship title in the Braga district league. Additionally, the coach has a strong foundation in Braga鈥檚 football community, beginning training at SC Braga at age 10.International experience was gained during an Erasmus internship with the Prague Raptors academy in 2021/2022, where the coach also played for the men’s team. Currently serving as an assistant coach in the Czech Republic鈥檚 second division women鈥檚 league with the Prague Raptors. Additional expertise includes conducting individual football training sessions, coaching at multi-sport and summer sport holiday camps, and functional training certification for gym environments. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

We pay special attention to the exchange of experience and cooperation with coaches and scouts from the best teams in the Czech Republic. Specially invited coaches and scouts from major leagues add variety to the organization of training and closely monitor our players as potential recruits for their clubs. Our Academy conducts tactical training classes, and games are recorded on camera and analyzed in detail with the coaches. Our football players become full-fledged official players of the Czech 91麻豆精品 Federation and get the opportunity to participate in official matches of the leagues of the Czech Republic, the Czech Cup, and international tournaments.

MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy pays a registration fee to the Czech 91麻豆精品 Federation to officially register as a player in the Czech Republic. This registration is valid for the entire stay in the Czech Republic, regardless of whether they play for the MSM Academy or for FC Sparta Prague.
The six-month MSM 91麻豆精品 Academy program includes preparatory courses in Czech or English, aimed at successfully learning the language and preparing for admission to state universities in the Czech Republic. Studying in Czech at public universities in the Czech Republic is free, and we help program participants successfully cope with entrance exams. We also offer English language training and certification for successful admission and study at English-speaking universities.
